    Training of highly qualified specialists capable of competing in the international labor market, with a high level of professional, communicative, intercultural, informational, strategic competence, possessing a critical style of thinking and creativity to solve professional tasks and analyze topical issues of theory and practice of foreign languages, and also independently carry out research work.

    The educational program regulates the goals, results, content, conditions and technologies for the implementation of the educational process, assessment of the quality of the graduate’s training in this area of training, and includes materials that ensure the quality of student training and implementation of appropriate educational technology.

    • Publishes scientific papers based on the results of research work, using information from international scientific databases in accordance with scientific ethics, observing the principles of academic integrity.  
    • Within the framework of academic loyalty, specialists will be trained who are capable of compiling, designing, conducting, comparing the results of research work within the framework of scientific ethics, as well as mastering the principles of working with scientific publications, scientific databases using their service products able to carry out independent and critical analysis of relevant issues of the theory and practice of foreign languages, applies the results of analysis for his own scientific research, and conducts research in the field of psychological, pedagogical and philological sciences.
       
    • University graduates enrolled on a master’s program take a comprehensive test for groups of education programs, consisting of a test in a foreign language, a test for the major of a group of education programs, a test for determining readiness for learning. Persons entering a master’s program with the English language of instruction, shall take a comprehensive test, consisting of a test on the major of a group of education programs in English and a test to determine readiness for learning in Kazakh or Russian (optional). Admission to a master’s program is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance examinations of persons who have a bachelor degree on education programs of higher education. Admission of foreign citizens to a master’s program is carried out on a fee basis.
