On October 16, 2026, a guest lecture was delivered to students of the Faculty of Law at Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University by private notary Zheniskozha Seit Sultanovich Kaldybayev.

The topic of the lecture was “Inheritance Law and the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Inheritance Rights.”

During the lecture, key aspects of inheritance law, the procedure for accepting an inheritance, and the process of issuing certificates of inheritance rights were discussed. The students learned about the specific features of notarial practice and had the opportunity to deepen their legal knowledge.

Such meetings contribute to enhancing the professional competence of future lawyers and help them connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
