Training of highly qualified specialists who can use their knowledge and skills in the field of public administration and make management decisions.
The educational program regulates the goals, results, content, conditions and technologies of the implementation of the educational process, the assessment of the quality of training of graduates in this field, and includes the introduction of materials and appropriate educational technologies that ensure the quality of education for students.
- demonstrates leadership qualities by making independent decisions based on the collection and critical analysis of data in the field under study (LO1)
- develops professional, academic, scientific and social relations in the state and foreign languages in an international environment (LO2).
- applies in professional activity the methods of scientific research, the basis of academic writing, principles and culture of academic honesty (LO3).
- adheres to the anti-corruption principles and ethics of public service in his professional activity, knowing the concepts of economics, ecology, law, gender policy, entrepreneurship and financial literacy (LO4).
- is able to integrate forecasting and management processes in the field of state and local government, using appropriate digital technologies, tools and theories (LO5).
- develops drafts of regulatory legal acts, orders, instructions, analytical reports on issues within the competence of state bodies (LO6).
-evaluates the effectiveness of public administration, enterprise management, project management, personnel management (LO7).
-develops recommendations for improvement, analyzing the results of continuous monitoring of the quality of public services (LO8).
-can participate in the management of the resources of cities and other territorial units, using methods and tools of state policy and regulation, ensuring the achievement of sustainable development goals and national security (LO9).
-plans the activities of government agencies, businesses and non-governmental organizations on the basis of national strategic development programs and regulatory legal acts, industrial policy, regulation of the regional economy, effectively using land resources and energy sources (LO10).
- conducts scientific research aimed at promoting modern state regulation and sustainable development of society using various innovative methods (LO11).
Applicants for the educational program Management must have a state document on general secondary (complete) or secondary specialized vocational education and the result of passing the Unified National Test. Applicants from abroad are accepted for an interview if they study on a paid basis. (for language training and compulsory education) On approval of the Model Regulations for admission to studies in educational organization, implementing educational programs of technical and vocational education Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2018 No. 600 (amended by the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2023 No. 29.)
