  • Defines methods and models for managing the competitiveness of the economy, developing and improving the methodology and methodology for solving various problems of strategic planning, developing strategic planning forecasts, draft programs and plans of objective legislation that determine the development of the economy and using economic analysis in management decisions.
  • Analyzes and suggests ways to improve the stabilization mechanisms of the national economy in the context of globalization, analyzing and predicting the advantages and disadvantages of globalization, applying patterns and trends of modern trends in the development of domestic science in the context of globalization and economic integration. 
  • The doctoral program (PhD) accepts applicants with a "master" degree and experience of at least 1 (one) year. Applicants to the PhD program provide international certificates confirming the knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with European competencies (standards) foreign language proficiency. Admission to the PhD program is carried out on a competitive basis according to the results of entrance exams. Foreign citizens may be accepted for the PhD program only on a fee basis. On approval of the Model Regulations for admission to studies in educational organization, implementing educational programs of technical and vocational education Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2018 No. 600 (amended by the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2023 No. 29.).
  • The set of objects of professional activity in the scientific, social, economic, industrial manifestation. Enterprise management, project management, organization and business planning. 
  • National companies (quasi-public sector), small, medium and large enterprises, own business, analytical centers of organizations and enterprises.
