The Faculty of Theology is the main center in the field of training highly qualified specialists in educational programs 6b02228 — Religious Studies, 6B01683 — Religious Studies, 6B02229 — Theology, 6b02266-Islamic Studies. The training of specialists at the faculty is carried out according to a two-stage system: bachelor's degree, master's degree. During the educational process, special attention is paid to mastering foreign languages, quality education, and establishing close ties with other organizations. Graduates of the faculty are in great demand in the field of science and education, in administrative and cultural work, in the internal affairs system, the activities of the National Security Committee and religious expert areas. Among the graduates of the faculty there are well-known personalities in the republic. Graduates of the faculties, acting in the political, social, scientific, and religious spheres of the region, make a huge contribution to the development of the country. The training of specialists at the faculty is based on fundamental knowledge programs in the fields of 6b2228-religious studies and 6B02229-Theology, 6b02266-Islamic Studies. To date, 269 students are enrolled at the faculty on the basis of bachelor's degree programs, 22 students are enrolled in master's degree programs. The training is conducted in Kazakh, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and English. The faculty has 291 students enrolled in 6 educational programs. Including foreign students from Turkey and Uzbekistan. The students of our faculty will be trained by Turkish scientists, world-class teachers from far and near abroad. Currently, the faculty teaches 1 Doctor of Sciences, 3 candidates of Sciences, 11 PhD doctors, 10 masters. The departments of Religious Studies and Theology are engaged in training specialists at the faculty.
