The Student Service Office is a structural unit of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University (hereinafter referred to as the University) and was established due to operational necessity in accordance with the Rector’s Order No. 1/664 dated June 23, 2021 on structural changes.
The main activities of the Student Service Office:
- entering and updating students’ personal data and study-related information in information systems;
- receiving and processing students’ applications (academic leave/return, transfer to another higher education institution, change of study mode, language or educational program, reinstatement, dismissal, change of full name);
- entering and monitoring orders related to the academic mobility program in the automated information system;
- preparation and issuance of documents (contracts and additional agreements for educational services, certificates for social institutions and banks, certificates of education, diplomas, diploma supplements, copies of personal files);
- registration of orders, entry of personal file data, scanning of diploma supplements and uploading them to the database;
- issuance of diplomas and certificates to graduates;
- record keeping and correspondence related to personal files;
- registration of students’ academic achievement history and efficient organization of work.
