Able to effectively interact with the patient, his environment, healthcare professionals in order to achieve the best results for the patient. He is able to master the organizational, medical and deontological features of the work of medical personnel in an angiosurgical hospital.
Able to assess risks and use the most effective methods to ensure a high level of safety and quality of medical care. He is able to independently prescribe adequate therapy, provide the necessary emergency care to patients with angiosurgical pathology, determine indications and contraindications for emergency and planned surgical interventions.

Graduates of the University who enter the residency pass a comprehensive test for groups of educational programs, consisting of a foreign language test, a test for the profile of a group of educational programs, and a test to determine readiness for training. Persons entering the residency with English language of study pass a comlpex test consisting of a test for the profile of a group of educational programs in English and a test to determine readiness for training in Kazakh or Russian (optional).Admission to the residency is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance examinations of persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education. Admission of foreign citizens to the residency is carried out on a paid basis.
