Training of scientific and pedagogical staff capable of applying modern management technologies and research methods at all levels with the ability to analyze and synthesize inter-agency and inter-organizational communication and coordination in medicine.

The education program regulates goals, results, content, conditions and technologies for the implementation of the educational process, assessment of the quality of the graduate’s training in this area of training, and includes materials that ensure the quality of training for students and implementation of appropriate educational technology.

  • Evaluates scientific reliability and quality by demonstrating skills in developing, conducting, and evaluating research in various areas of healthcare .
  • Able to critically interpret information-analytical, bibliographic data, express his thoughts and decisions in full, using modern information technologies.
     
  • Persons with a master's degree and work experience of at least 9 months or who have completed residency training in medical specialties are accepted for doctoral studies. Admission to doctoral studies is carried out on the basis of an international certificate confirming foreign language proficiency in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency and based on the results of the entrance exam for the profile of groups of educational programs. Admission of foreign citizens to doctoral studies is carried out on a fee basis. On approval of the Model Regulations for admission to studies in educational organization, implementing educational programs of technical and vocational education Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2018 No. 600 (amended by the Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2023 No. 29.)
