International Round Table Held
On March 30, 2026, an international round table was held at the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University on the topic: “THE EVOLUTION OF THE CONSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: MODERN TRENDS IN THE FORMATION OF THE RULE OF LAW STATE.”
The purpose of the event was to conduct a comparative analysis of the constitutional development processes in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, to identify modern trends in the formation of the rule of law state, and to exchange experience.
The round table was moderated by Persheev Alisher Saparbekovich, Head of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law at the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
The event brought together domestic and international scholars, as well as experienced practitioners, who delivered substantive presentations on relevant issues. In particular:

During the round table, participants discussed the similarities and specific features of the constitutional development of the two countries, and addressed current issues related to strengthening the principles of the rule of law state. In addition, modern trends in ensuring the rule of law and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens were comprehensively examined.
The event became an important platform for scientific exchange of views, sharing of experience, and strengthening international cooperation.
Following the round table, the participants emphasized the need to further develop joint scientific research and academic cooperation in the process of building a rule of law state.
