A seminar-training session dedicated to the characteristics of personality development within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle and the “Adal Azamat” concept was organized by the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law.

During the meeting, participants discussed the role of such values as honesty, responsibility, respect for the law, civic engagement, and conscious decision-making in shaping an individual’s personality. It was emphasized that public order and social stability begin with each person’s inner culture, behavior, and willingness to take responsibility for their actions.

Psychologist Abat Aruzhan took part in the seminar and addressed the psychological factors influencing personal development, the formation of a system of values, and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s own actions.

The event was organized by A.N. Nartay, PhD, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law. The Head of the Department, Nazira Kaiypbekkyzy, also participated in the seminar and highlighted the importance of developing legal awareness, civic responsibility, and moral values among young people.

The seminar-training was aimed at fostering young people who respect the law, recognize their responsibility to society, and regard honesty and justice as fundamental principles of life.
