“One Step Before Crime: Making the Right Choice and the Law”

An information and legal awareness event entitled “One Step Before Crime: Making the Right Choice and the Law” was organized by Alisher Saparbekovich Persheyev, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Educational and Scientific Affairs. The event aimed to increase students’ legal literacy, prevent offenses, and explain the importance of complying with legal requirements.

During the event, the participants discussed crime prevention, the main causes and factors that may lead to offenses, compliance with legal requirements, and issues of legal liability.

The event was attended by A.K. Rustemova, Head of the Department of Criminal Law, and N. Abdramanova, Head of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law, who shared their professional experience with the students. Speaker A. Rustemova addressed legal situations related to legal practice, provided information on ways to resolve such situations, and gave students legal advice aimed at preventing crime.

The students were also informed about the consequences of offenses, criminal liability, and the importance of acting in accordance with the law. Practical recommendations aimed at developing students’ legal culture were also provided.

At the end of the event, the students asked the specialists questions and exchanged opinions. The meeting served as an important platform for increasing young people’s legal knowledge and fostering respect for the requirements of the law.
