“KAZAKH LANGUAGE – LANGUAGE OF SCIENCE: SCIENTIFIC TRANSFORMATION IN THE DIGITAL QAZAQSTAN ERA”
THE III INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM WAS HELD

On September 28, the 4th session of the III International Symposium entitled “The New Constitution: Legal Discourse in the Kazakh Language, Scientific Publications and Digital Transformation” was held in the Senate Hall of the Rectorate Building of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University in Turkistan.

The moderator of the session, Aliya Kassymbek, Dean of the Faculty of Law, thanked the guests for their participation and provided a detailed explanation of why the topic of the 4th session had been chosen in this particular direction, emphasizing its relevance to society and science.

Representatives of higher education institutions and research centers from different regions of the country delivered presentations during the session:

* Kultai Adilova (Ulytau University) – “The Values of the New Constitution and Higher Education: Formation of Legal Culture and Professional Responsibility.”
* Ualikhan Akhatov (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) – “Copyright in the Digital Environment: Legal Protection of Scientific Publications in the Kazakh Language.”
* Karlygash Useinova (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) – “Ethical and Legal Standards for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Kazakh-Language Legal Content.”
* Tolkyn Nurisheva (Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan) – “The Role of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Integrating Legal Science and Judicial Practice Based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
* Aigul Asylbekova (Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan) – “Kazakh-Language Legal Scholarly Discourse in the Digital Era: Features of the Publication Activities of the ‘Bulletin of the Academy of Justice’.”
* Gakku Rakhimova (Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University) – “Issues of Artificial Intelligence in Education: The Experience of the United States and Kazakhstan.”
* Nurzhan Maksatov (Caspian Public University) – “Artificial Intelligence and Legal Science in the Kazakh Language: An Opportunity or a New Scientific Challenge?”

In addition, topical questions raised by young participants were discussed comprehensively.

At the end of the session, the moderator, Aliya Kassymbek, Dean of the Faculty of Law, solemnly presented special gifts and certificates to the invited guests.
