Mission

To train competent, educated, highly qualified, and competitive specialists in the fields of arts and education, equipped with specialized knowledge and professional competencies.

The strategic mission of the Department of Performing Arts is to contribute to the sustainable development of the arts by training performers and arts professionals with a high level of professional training, strong creative potential, and the ability to compete in the national and international cultural arena.

The department’s main priorities are to enhance professional performance skills, introduce innovative educational technologies, integrate traditional and contemporary approaches to performing arts, and improve the scientific and methodological framework.

The department achieves its strategic goals through the following areas:

Developing modern educational programs aimed at enhancing performance skills;
Preserving national arts and promoting diverse cultural values;
Supporting students’ creative exploration and research activities;
Expanding international cooperation and promoting academic mobility;
Introducing innovative methods in arts education and performance practice;
Training professionals with a strong understanding of concert and stage culture.

Objectives

To foster a creative and professionally competitive environment through the exchange of experience with specialists in performing arts;
To invite distinguished artists, experienced performers, professors, and experts within the framework of academic mobility;
To train bachelor’s degree graduates with professional performance skills and creative potential who meet contemporary industry requirements;
To enhance the professional and creative potential of the academic staff, attract leading scholars and distinguished artists, and promote domestic and international academic mobility;
To promote national arts and cultural heritage, integrate traditional and contemporary performing arts, and incorporate the results of creative and innovative activities into the educational process;
To gradually develop dual education within educational programs and support students in obtaining professional experience and securing employment;
To identify talented young people and develop their creative abilities through the regular organization of concerts, creative competitions, festivals, master classes, and artistic projects;
