    Course Image Art, Media and Design Department of Performing Arts

    Training a competitive Bachelor of Arts in the field of Traditional Music Art who possesses theoretical and methodological knowledge, is able to apply it effectively in professional activities, and demonstrates creative, performance, social-communicative, and research skills.

    The educational program regulates the goals, outcomes, content, conditions, and technologies for implementing the educational process, as well as the system for assessing the quality of graduates’ training. In addition, the program includes the introduction of educational and methodological materials and modern educational technologies that ensure high-quality professional training for students.

    • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding in the field of traditional musical art, including the basics of musical and theoretical disciplines, the history of Kazakh and world music, folk art, folklore and vocal ensemble.
    • Improves the culture of performing intonation, mastery in the use of a complex of artistic means of expression in accordance with the style of a musical work, demonstrating artistry, freedom of expression, performing will of professional activity.
    • For applicants for training in the direction of 6B021-Arts (Тraditional musical art), the applicant must have a General secondary (complete) education or a document of the state sample of secondary special education, two creative exams and a Single national testing and comprehensive testing. Applicants coming from abroad must undergo special training (language training and mastering the compulsory level of education).
