Achievements

Achievements of Department: The labor activity of the department during its existence is marked by numerous achievements. Firstly, the teaching staff made an invaluable contribution to the training of future medical specialists. The teachers of the department are distinguished by high professionalism, dedication to their favorite work, and the ability to reveal the educational and cognitive competencies of students, which has been repeatedly noted with certificates of honor and awards, both from the leadership of the university and higher ministries and departments. On the other hand, the faculty of the department carries out extensive research work. In particular, multifaceted research is conducted in a number of areas:

• Genetic and social aspects of metabolic syndrome.
• Research of pathogenetic aspects of diffuse and focal lesions of internal organs in experiments.
• Prevention and diagnosis of intrauterine pathology in newborns.
• Pathomorphogenetic aspects of diseases relevant to the Turkestan region.
• The research results are reflected in numerous publications by department staff and students.

Currently, in order to improve the educational process, department employees are working on the use of high-quality interactive digital content, digital tools, and services to implement blended learning technology and enhance independent educational and research activities of students based on the use of artificial intelligence systems, media resources, and services.

Achievements of our students: The 2023-2024 academic year was also fruitful for our students. They have reached new heights, won awards, and achieved remarkable success. According to the results of the first half of the current academic year, 3 students took prizes in international subject Olympiads held at the Tashkent State Dental Institute and Samarkand State Medical Institute. On November 04-05, 2023, the university branch of the Kazakhstan Medical Students Association (KazMSA) organized and successfully held an Olympiad among medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
