History and General Information

The "Management" and "Tourism" departments founded in 1991. Two deparments with the decision of the University Senate for the 2020-2021 academic year, were merged into the "Management and Tourism" department in order to optimize the activities of the university departments. In accordance with the order No. 1/1122 dated October 10 of the 2023-2024 academic year, in order to combine departments, effectively organize, transfer specialties to departments, the educational program "State and local administration" was included in the department of "Management and tourism". From February 2, 2022 until today, Mombekova Gulmira Raybekovna has been working as the head of the "Management and Tourism" department.

Currently, the number of scientific personnel level: 64%, including 4 professors, 2 doctor of economics , 4 associate professors,  8 senior lecturers, 6 lecturers.

Activities of the department: aimed at carrying out teaching-methodical, research and educational work.

Competence of the department: implementation of training of specialists who have mastered theoretical and practical training, have high professional qualifications and education, meet the state education standard.
