She began her career as a local therapist. She worked as the head of the endocrinology department at the Research Institute of KiVB (2003-2010). From 2010 to 2020 she worked as a professor at the Department of Endocrinology of Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov. She taught bachelors, 7th year interns, and residents in the specialty of endocrinology, and gave lectures to doctors in advanced training courses.
In recent years, she has simultaneously worked as the head of the Diabetes Center.
