Mission and Strategic Vision

Mission – To train medical professionals who possess modern knowledge and practical skills in surgery, demonstrate a high level of professional competence and responsibility, and have the capacity for scientific inquiry; and to strengthen the integration of education, clinical practice, and scientific research.

Strategic Vision – To strengthen the Department’s professional and scientific reputation by improving the quality of surgical education and research, developing the research potential of academic staff, expanding international academic cooperation, and integrating best practices into the educational process.

The Department’s strategic development priorities are:
