Mission: 
To educate advanced, qualified and innovative individuals in the Turkic world, based on the teachings of Khoja Ahmet Yasawi, in accordance with academic principles.
Strategic goal: 
Inspired by the intellectual and cultural legacy of Khoja Ahmet Yasawi, the university aims to provide competitive education to the youth of the Turkic world, while maintaining freedom of thought and universal academic principles.
