History and General Information

The General Subjects Department was established within the Preparatory Center on April 1, 2025, in accordance with Decision No. 9 of the 78th meeting of the Authorized Council for the 2024-2025 academic year. The main goal of its establishment was to strengthen the quality of education for Kazakh nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (QB) and students pursuing language proficiency development (QG) at the Preparatory Center.

The staff schedule was approved, and the department was relocated from the "English Language" Department in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 45 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 1, 2025, the "General Subjects" Department has been headed by Head-Teacher L.T. Alimbekova.

• Core Objective: To provide education based on the State Compulsory Standard of General Secondary Education and prepare the aforementioned students (Kazakh nationals who are not RK citizens and students enhancing language proficiency) for the Unified National Testing (UNT/ҰБТ).
• Personnel (2025-2026 Academic Year): The department employs 4 Senior Lecturers, 7 Master-Teachers, 3 Lecturers, and 1 Senior Laboratory Assistant.
