About the University Executive Board

The Board of Directors is composed of the Rector, the Vice Rector, Vice Rectors and Deans.

The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is limited to the term of office of the appointees. The Acting Rector chairs the Board of Directors of the University during his/her temporary term as rector. The date and time of the meetings of the University Administrative Board shall be determined by the Rector. The University Executive Board is the auxiliary body of the rector in administrative matters.

Duties of the University Executive Board:

a) To assist the Rector in the implementation of the plans and programs created for the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Trustees and the Senate;

b) To evaluate the draft investment programs and budget, taking into account the proposals of the University departments, and submit them to the Senate;

c) To evaluate and resolve the complaints of the Institute, Faculty and School Board of Directors on administrative and financial matters

d) To decide on issues submitted for consideration by the Rector.
