She was born in 1968 in the city of Turkestan. In 1985 she graduated from N.Nekrasov Secondary School, In 1985-1990 she studied at the historical faculty of the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abai in Almaty.
In 1990-1993, she worked as a history teacher at the N.Nekrasov Gymnasium No. 9. Since 1993, he has been working at the Department of History at the Yasavi Moscow State Technical University.
In 2008, by the decision of the Committee for Control in the field of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/27/2008 (Protocol No. 12), the academic degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences was awarded.
In 2018, by the decision of the Committee for Control in the field of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by Order No. 1161 dated 07/17/2018, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor (associate professor).
Since 2018, he has been the Head of the Department of History
