A Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between our University and the Department for Turkistan Region of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Department).

The document was signed by University Rector Zhanar Temirbekova and Acting Head of the Department Ayan Akberdiyev.

The purpose of the agreement is to ensure cooperation between the Parties in the field of preventing bullying, psychological pressure, deviant behavior, and suicide risks among minors by developing the AI-Jan socially oriented digital platform at the regional level and introducing it into secondary schools and colleges of Turkistan city.

During the meeting, Rector Zhanar Temirbekova emphasized that the University is open to systematic, transparent, and effective cooperation with government bodies and organizations.

She also highlighted that the University has formed a strong and professional team capable of implementing new, high-quality, and socially significant projects.

The Parties agreed to organize joint events, exchange experience, and provide methodological and expert support within the framework of the project.

Under the Memorandum, systematic work will be carried out to introduce digital solutions, strengthen preventive measures, and create a safe educational environment.

This partnership is an important step toward protecting children’s rights, preventing social risks, and establishing sustainable preventive mechanisms in the region.

It should be noted that the AI-Jan project was developed within the YASSAWI STARTUP program, implemented by the University’s Commercialization Office, and is currently being introduced at a practical level.

The Commercialization Office provides full curatorial and methodological support for the project, ensuring its sustainable development.
