With the full support of the University Senate members, Adil Akhmet, Academician of the Russian and Kazakh International Higher School of Science, Doctor of Philological Sciences, and Professor, was awarded the academic title of “Honorary Professor” of the university.

During the Senate meeting, the official certificate was presented by University Rector Zhanar Temirbekova and Rector’s Representative Naci Genc.

Having visited the university for several days and held meetings with faculty and students, Adil Akhmet expressed a positive assessment of the university’s development and offered his support for upcoming initiatives. He also thanked the rector and staff and wished success in their joint scientific and educational activities.

It is noteworthy that Adil Akhmet is a prominent scholar and statesman who has made a significant contribution to the development of linguistics and the higher education system in Kazakhstan. For many years, he served as rector at leading universities, gaining extensive experience in managing the education sector.

He has also worked in the field of international diplomacy and served in the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan, making substantial contributions to promoting national science and education on the international stage. His scientific research and administrative work have been focused on strengthening the intellectual potential of the country.
