    “THE XXXIV SPARTAKIAD AMONG TEACHING PROFESSORS AND STAFF HAS REACHED ITS CONCLUSION”

    Today, the XXXIV Interfaculty Spartakiad among Teaching Professors and University Staff successfully concluded at our university.

    Traditionally organized, the main purpose of this Spartakiad is to promote a healthy lifestyle among faculty members, strengthen overall well-being, and form the university’s representative teams in various sports.

    Throughout the competition, teams competed in seven sports disciplines, including mini-football, volleyball (men’s and women’s), shooting, toguz kumalak, chess, and tug of war.

    The final day of the event was dedicated to the tug of war competition. Requiring great strength and endurance, this contest proved to be highly competitive and exciting. Fans enthusiastically supported their teams, and spectators witnessed an intense and thrilling display.

    At the closing ceremony, Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development Yedil Tolegenov addressed the participants, stating:

    “Dear members of our university’s teaching and professorial staff, this year’s XXXIV Spartakiad has come to an end. I believe the competition was held at a high level and was both dynamic and engaging. The main goal of this event is to strengthen cooperation among faculty members and foster mutual friendship. I am confident that this goal has been fully achieved. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all participants.”

    As a result of the competition, the Turkistan Akhmet Yassawi Vocational College team claimed the championship title. The Kentau Campus team secured second place, while the Faculty of Dentistry’s combined team earned third place. In addition, participants who demonstrated outstanding performance and activity during the event received special awards.
