Today, within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept, our university hosted a meeting on the topic: “The Principle of Law and Order: Social Stability and Youth Responsibility.”

The purpose of the meeting was to enhance legal culture, develop citizens’ legal literacy, stimulate public engagement in legal matters, and provide education aimed at building a lawful and just society. In addition, the event sought to inform participants about legal norms and mechanisms of legal protection, as well as to explain the importance of complying with the law in everyday life.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University, Zhanar Temirbekova, Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development Yedil Tolegenov, faculty members, students, as well as Deputy Prosecutor of the Turkistan Region Daulet Tlemisov and Prosecutor of the city of Turkistan Kauken Narikbayev.

The first to take the floor was the Deputy Prosecutor of the Turkistan Region, Daulet Tlemissov. In his speech, he noted:
“Knowledge of the law is not only a duty, but also the most effective tool for protecting your own rights. The higher the legal responsibility of young people, the stronger the order in the state. Therefore, it is important to learn to comply with the requirements of the law in your every action.”
He also answered students’ questions and shared insights from his professional experience.

In addition, the Prosecutor of the city of Turkistan, Kauken Narikbayev, spoke during the meeting, focusing on issues of public stability and youth responsibility. He provided a clear explanation about droppers:
“Droppers are individuals who engage in the illegal delivery of goods or services via the Internet. Their activities violate the law and pose a threat to the future of young people. Therefore, I urge you to respect the law, know your rights, and act responsibly,” he emphasized.

`The meeting contributed to strengthening the legal culture of young people and deepening their understanding of their responsibility to society. The direct dialogue with specialists broadened students’ legal literacy and reinforced their civic awareness.
