• Has experience working in an international contract research organization on multicenter clinical studies.

• Organizer and coordinator of regular journal club meetings focused on discussing advanced achievements in medicine and healthcare.

Role in the Project:

• Serves as the Chief Scientific Researcher of the project.

• Establishes and launches a progressive instrumental diagnostics center at the clinic.

• Defines the project timelines and requirements.

• Divides the project into organizational stages.

• Develops project and technical documentation.

• Distributes tasks among team members.

• Organizes data storage.

• Supervises project executors and assigns tasks.

• Coordinates laboratory research.

• Conducts statistical analysis.

• Writes scientific articles and prepares reports.

• Mentors doctoral students.

Thus, by applying her scientific expertise and professional skills, the scientific supervisor contributes to the successful completion of the project.
