A JOB FAIR WAS HELD AT OUR UNIVERSITY

A Job Fair for graduating students and young specialists of the 2025–2026 academic year was held at our university.

Nearly 80 organizations participated in the fair, offering a wide range of job vacancies. Among them were enterprises and government institutions, schools, industrial companies, the Police Department, clinics, and other organizations.

Opening the event, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Elmira Idrissova noted:

“I believe today’s fair serves as a major platform that brings together education, the labor market, and employers.

This year, 2,620 students will graduate from our university. Among them are 1,412 bachelor’s degree graduates, more than 770 internship graduates, around 280 residency graduates, as well as doctoral and internship program graduates. These graduates represent a significant contribution to the country’s labor market. Therefore, we strive to create opportunities for every graduate to find employment in their field of study. In this regard, establishing close cooperation with employers is extremely important for any university.

I wish all graduates success. Today’s opportunities offered by employers are a great chance for your future careers. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the employers who came to support our graduates and our university.”

Following this, participating organizations delivered presentations. Representatives not only introduced available vacancies but also spoke about training programs, professional development opportunities, and support systems designed for young specialists. Among them, representatives of the National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom” JSC presented their “Izbasar” program.

In addition, Nariman Batayev, Head of the Personnel Management Department of the Turkistan Region Police Department and Police Colonel, spoke about recruitment procedures and selection requirements. Representatives of other organizations and institutions also provided valuable information and invited young specialists to apply for permanent positions.

Government programs for youth, such as “Youth Practice,” “With a Diploma to the Village,” and “Employment in Civil Service Without Competition,” were also introduced during the event.

Furthermore, Salima Mukhiddinova, Head of the Career Development and Employer Relations Center, delivered a presentation on the mandatory employment obligations for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who studied under the state educational grant system after graduation.

At the conclusion of the fair, graduating students and young specialists had the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from experts and employer representatives.
