“THE SERIES OF SEMINARS HELD AS PART OF SCIENCE MONTH HAS CONCLUDED.
Today, at our institution, the series of scientific seminars held from April 27 to 30 as part of Science Month has successfully concluded.
The primary objective of the seminar series was to enhance the professional competencies of faculty members and early-career researchers in developing research projects and preparing applications for national and international grant programs.
Throughout the seminars, participants were comprehensively introduced to the key stages of research project development, including idea formulation, application structuring, and document preparation in line with evaluation criteria.
In addition, the speakers shared valuable insights into opportunities within national and international projects, motivating young researchers to further advance their scientific work.
Particular attention was devoted to the application process for projects under the Erasmus+ program. The speaker emphasized the importance of thoroughly reviewing competition requirements in advance, carefully studying program guidelines, examining application forms, and managing time effectively.
Furthermore, practical recommendations were provided on the administrative and technical components of project proposals, including content structure, KPI indicators, and financial planning.
The speakers also noted that developing scientific projects is a long-term process that requires systematic preparation and collaborative effort. Participants were therefore advised to refine their research ideas, ensure high-quality writing, and submit their projects in a timely manner.
At the conclusion of the event, participants completed practical exercises and answered test questions. The most active young scientists, researchers, and lecturers ranked among the top three based on the test results and were awarded prizes by the Erasmus+ program coordinator.
In closing, the Director of the Science Department, Khairulla Massadikov, on behalf of the university administration, presented letters of appreciation to all speakers for sharing their valuable expertise throughout the seminar series.
