On April 6, the Cultural Center hosted a round table on “Central Asian Integration Processes: Modernity and Future” organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences. G.Menlibekov, chief manager of the industrial zone management “Ontustik”, A. Sadykov, chief specialist of the department of entrepreneurship and tourism of the akimat of Turkestan, vice-president for scientific and innovative affairs, professor T.P.Raimberdiev, vice-president for development and finance, Professor M.Eren, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor M. Toplu, Director of the Department of Academic Affairs E.Tulegenov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations PhD A.Amirbek, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Finance PhD. S.Baymaganbetov, teaching staff and students of the faculty. Professor Mehmet Toplu conducted the meeting. The factors that contributed to the development of the integration of the countries of Central Asia and the factors that hampered these global world processes, as well as issues of economics, ethnics and security were considered. G.Menlibekov, chief manager of the industrial zone management “Ontustik” noted the acute shortage of such workers as a metallurgist, turner, engineer, electrician, etc. in the context of the modern development of the region’s economy. During the discussion, various questions were asked on the topics and content of speeches for which full answers were received. At the end of the meeting, all participants received personal certificates.
