December 4 and 5, 2018, at the Khoja Ahmed Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University organized the Advisory Council on the basis of the Graduate School of Public Administration and Economics, held a seminar ensuring effective interaction with government bodies in Turkestan and the training of civil servants.
During the seminar, MKTU provided expert support and strategic recommendations on the systematic academic and research opportunities of the Higher School of Public Administration and Economics, as well as the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub A.M. Baimenov gave a lecture on the topic “Control systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ways to improve them”
The first day of the seminar was devoted to the analysis of the current situation in the financial sector of the economy, students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Higher School, made a presentation the senior partner of the Center for Strategic Initiatives O.Hudaibergenov on the theme “Prospects for the development of the economy of Kazakhstan” and the general director of the Center for Strategic Initiatives – E.Zharkeshov “Singapore’s Wonders: A Legend or a Truth?” Transformation of Singapore from the third to the first “.
The seminar continued on December 5 and the deputy chairman of the State Examination Center of the Azerbaijan Republic B.Khalilov delivered a lecture on the theme “Development of the civil service in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, got acquainted with the experience of training civil servants in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Russia and presented the existing optimal management system. An employee of state and civil service, a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School – Sh.Mukan shares the results of his research on the topic: “The complexity of the economy: how can Kazakhstan become one of the developed countries?” The participants discussed issues of modern trends in the civil service, emerging issues of personnel management and innovative technologies in the field of personnel management and talent management, as well as exchange of views.
During the consultative meetings, students and undergraduates and doctoral students made presentations, shared their opinions and held discussions, and also offered to hold more similar events in the future.
The main goal is to introduce the best practices in the world through the implementation of programs in Turkestan.
