The Faculty of Economics and Management hosted a scientific seminar on the topic “The Concept of Brand and Brand Management in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Turkistan Region.”

The seminar featured presentations by Zukhra Tulebayevna, Deputy Director of the “Atameken” Chamber of Entrepreneurs for Legal Affairs; Ongalbay Adel, representative of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”; individual entrepreneur Gulmira Salybekova; young entrepreneur Kymbat Asankyzy; PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting Zhanture Zhetibayev; and PhD, Associate Professor of the same department Aziza Syzdykova, who shared their experience and delivered insightful reports.

The seminar included presentations on “The Concept of Brand and Brand Management in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Turkistan Region” and “The Experience of Branding in Small and Medium Enterprises in Turkey.” Participants discussed both regional and international experiences in brand management and its significance for business development.

Speakers emphasized the importance of brand formation, reviewed mechanisms for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, and analyzed international practices.

The event broadened students’ academic perspectives and helped them gain a deeper understanding of modern economic trends.
