The main goal of the Center is to provide students with high-quality and fast one-stop service.
The goal is to provide quality service and the provision of services on the principle of “one window”.
The main areas of the Student Service Center are:
- services / government services;
- preparation of responses to letters and requests from official bodies;
- preparation of draft orders based on the requests and proposals of students;
- Maintenance of electronic materials of the students;
- preparation of a report on the trainees movement;
- providing information to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health, the Financial Center in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science;
- maintaining records and storing student personal files;
- providing individual advice on professional practice;
- social support counseling;
- Centralized student services.
