Today, our educational institution hosted the city volleyball tournament “A Bright Example of Sports and Wisdom,” dedicated to the memory of Aknazarov Serik Bayangulovich, an Honored Sports Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a respected teacher, and an associate professor.

The university staff, relatives, friends, colleagues, and students of the late teacher took part in the sports event.

The main goal of the tournament was to honor the contributions of Serik Bayangulovich, who made an invaluable impact on the development of physical culture and sports and devoted his life to educating the younger generation; to preserve and promote his name, as well as to encourage a healthy lifestyle among the faculty.

The competition aimed to strengthen cooperation and unity between students and teachers, promote mass sports and a healthy lifestyle, enhance the role of physical culture and sports in society, and foster team spirit and sportsmanship.

The tournament was organized at a high level, and participants demonstrated strong preparation and skill. Each team expressed its respect for the teacher’s memory through active play, professionalism, and team spirit.

As a result of the tournament, the Sports Faculty team took first place. Second place went to the Kentau Campus team, and third place was awarded to the Faculty of Natural Sciences team.

The winning teams received special awards, and the prize-winners were presented with cups and diplomas.
