Our educational institution has successfully completed an external compliance audit under the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015.

The closing ceremony was attended by Acting Secretary Ender Sain, Vice-Rector for Socio-Cultural Development Yedil Tolegenov, heads of structural divisions, directors of departments and research institutes, deans of faculties, and department heads.

The four-day audit was conducted by the Chief Auditor of the Turkish Standards Institute, Dr. Ismet Titiz. The review included a comprehensive assessment of the activities of the university’s structural units and departments, as well as an analysis of educational processes. Additionally, meetings with students were held to evaluate their practical training.

Chief Auditor Ismet Titiz also conducted a “Quality Management” seminar for staff of the science department and faculty deans. He presented a number of recommendations for improving the quality culture in accordance with international requirements.

Following the audit, the university’s work was highly praised. The audit highlighted the systematic nature of all processes, positive infrastructural improvements, and material support. Based on the findings, the auditor awarded the university a score of 99.99%, emphasizing the high level of organizational management.

This result once again confirms that the university is successfully developing its quality management system and operating in accordance with international standards.
