At the second strategic session dedicated to developing five strategies that support the implementation of our university’s development program, representatives of the structural units took part.

The meeting was held under the leadership of the Head of the Center for Strategic Development, Ranking and Standardization, S. Kyrykbaнeva. The session was also attended by the Director of the Academic Department, A. Bostanova; the Director of the Library, M. Absemetova; the Head of the Project Office for Science Development, A. Ayimbetova; the Head of the Methodological Work Department, E. Shakhabayev; as well as other representatives of structural units.

During the session, key issues related to the development of strategic documents were discussed, including the University’s Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Strategy;  the Strategy for International Cooperation and Integration; the Strategy for Academic and Research Leadership; the Commercialization Strategy.

This strategic session made it possible to refine the overarching goals aimed at enhancing the university’s future competitiveness and to define the key development priorities.
