On December 18–19, a meeting of the University Management Council was held at our university.

During the meeting, participants comprehensively discussed the items on the agenda. On the first day, Murat Keles, Director of the Department of Development and Coordination, presented a report on the work carried out in 2025. In addition, the directors of research institutes and research centers delivered their annual reports for 2025 within the framework of the Development Strategy for 2024–2025. On the second day, the deans of the faculties also presented their reports in accordance with the specified strategy.

The deans presented annual performance indicators related to the strategic areas of faculty development and outlined upcoming objectives.

Moreover, the speakers highlighted the work completed in 2025 as part of the Strategy. The phased implementation of strategic indicators, the dynamics of faculty development, as well as achievements in the educational, research, and organizational spheres were reviewed.

Relevant data were presented on the strategic areas of sustainable institutional development, academic excellence, and scientific and innovative potential.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the work completed in the areas of academic and scientific and innovative development of the university was analyzed, and priority tasks for the next stage of development were clarified.
