At our university, the IX Republican Debate Tournament entitled “Our Future Together” was organized by the “Yassawi Debate” Club.

Nearly 50 debate teams from various regions of the country took part in the two-day tournament.

Throughout the competition, participants advanced through several qualification rounds and playoff stages before competing in the finals.

The winning teams of the tournament were as follows:

ALTAY League
I place – Osmandar faction
II place – Tatars faction
III place – Alshyns faction
III place – Naimans faction

TURAN League
I place – Kipchaks faction
II place – Ashina faction
III place – Seljuks faction
III place – Karluks faction

The outstanding debaters who achieved top results were specially awarded and presented with prizes by the Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development of our university, Edil Tolegenov.

In addition, other participants received nominations such as “Best Judge,” “Best Delegation,” and “Best Speaker.”
