Students of our University delivered outstanding performances on the world stage, bringing pride to the country.

Roziman Tugushov, a third-year student at the Faculty of Sports, became the world champion in the 55 kg weight category at the Senior World Championships.

In addition, Zhumazhan Kozhambekov, a graduate of the Faculty of Sports this year, achieved an outstanding result in the up to 74 kg weight category, becoming a five-time world champion. This year, he will continue his studies at our University in the Law program.

The remarkable victories of the two athletes on the international stage are the result of their perseverance, dedication, and tireless efforts.

The achievements of these young athletes will provide further impetus to the development of sports at our University and encourage greater student interest in mass participation sports.
