ZHANAR TEMIRBEKOVA DISCUSSES EXPANDING COOPERATION WITH THE HEAD OF YTB

As part of the visit of University Rector Zhanar Temirbekova to Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Türkiye, a series of meetings is underway. The Rector met with Abdulhadi Turus, Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB).

During the meeting, Rector Zhanar Temirbekova and YTB Head Abdulhadi Turus discussed opportunities for cooperation in such areas as strengthening educational ties across the Turkic World, enhancing the potential of young people, and promoting shared values.

In addition, Abdulhadi Turus announced plans to launch a special programme aimed not only at students but also at university faculty members.

This initiative will open up new opportunities for enhancing the professional qualifications of the university's faculty, exchanging international experience, and expanding their connections with Türkiye's educational community. Extending cooperation, which was previously implemented through student-focused programmes, to the academic staff will further broaden the scope of Kazakh-Turkish educational ties.

Rector Zhanar Temirbekova's meetings in Ankara are aimed at expanding the university's international partnerships, exploring new opportunities in education and science, and further strengthening cooperation across the Turkic World.
