The fruit and berry processing workshop, located in our botanical garden, has put its products up for sale.

The workshop, opened with the support of the Joint-Stock Company “Science Fund” under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is actively operating.

Currently, 13 types of products are available, including: dried apricots (premium grade), dried apricots with pits (premium grade), dried apples, pears, bananas, bananas with coconut; pear and apricot pastille (with pumpkin and sunflower seeds), apricot pastille with nuts; and compote mixes. All products are made from fruits and berries grown in the university’s botanical garden.

These products will be sold at affordable prices not only within the region but also throughout Kazakhstan.

It is noted that in the future, new products and flavors are planned to be introduced.
