REPORTING SESSION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FACULTY AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE STRATEGIES UNDERWAY AT KHOJA AKHMET YASSAWI INTERNATIONAL KAZAKH-TURKISH UNIVERSITY
The main purpose of the reporting session is to assess the progress in implementing the strategic plans of structural units in alignment with the University Development Program. Unit leaders are reporting on the execution of planned initiatives, achievement of key performance indicators, and addressing issues requiring managerial decisions.
Key areas covered in the reports include:
academic and research effectiveness;
development of human resources;
expansion of international cooperation;
implementation of third mission initiatives and digital transformation;
engagement of students and external stakeholders.
Presentations are taking place in Auditorium 201 with the participation of the Rectorate, the Center for Strategic Development and Quality, and relevant departments. The outcomes of the reports will be used to refine plans for the next half of the year and prepare for external analytical sessions.
