Today, our university held the next stage of the environmental event titled “Sustainable Green Campus” This time, the university administration and students planted trees on the grounds of Dormitory No. 3.

The event was organized by the Research Center for Sustainable Development, the Administrative Department, and the Faculty of Arts, Media, and Design.

It is worth noting that the initiative is part of the “Clean Kazakhstan” environmental campaign, implemented nationwide under the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev.

Contributions to this ecological improvement initiative were made by the university’s Rector, Zhanar Temirbekova; Representative of the Rector, Naсi Genc; deans of faculties; faculty members; and students. They planted tree seedlings on the grounds of Dormitory No. 3.

The goal of the event is to transform the university campus into a green and sustainable environment. Additionally, the initiative aims to promote careful treatment of nature and foster ecological culture.

It is expected that this beneficial initiative will continue on a regular basis and be conducted weekly across the faculties.
