Internet Infrastructure Development Office

The Infrastructure Development Department is a structural unit responsible for ensuring the readiness of the computer and digital learning infrastructure required for the University’s educational process. Its activities are focused on ensuring that teaching rooms, computer laboratories, testing environments, and examination facilities are fully prepared from a technical perspective.

The Department continuously monitors the technical condition of computer laboratories, checks their readiness before the start of each academic term, supports the installation of educational and specialized software, and helps establish standardized software environments required for teaching and learning. Analysing the software and technical needs of faculties and departments for educational purposes is also an important part of its remit.

During examination and testing periods, the Department ensures the advance readiness of computer rooms, checks the operation of computers, peripheral devices, and required software, identifies technical risks in advance, and provides technical support for the stable operation of the digital environment during examinations.

The Department analyses the technical condition of the educational computer fleet, contributes to identifying phased renewal needs, supports the technical planning of new computer laboratories, and participates in the development of Smart Classroom and broader digital learning environments. Its primary focus is not an individual employee’s workplace, but the overall computer and digital readiness of the educational process.
