Was born in 1977 in the Otyrar district of Turkestan region. Kazakh by nationality. Higher education. Work experience in the field of education is 25 years. Since 2008, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (13.00.02-theory and methodology of education and upbringing /informatics, informatization of the education system/). Dissertation topic: "The use of information and communication technologies is an important element in the formation of professional competence of students of the specialty vocational education", since 2011 associate professor (specialty: 05.13.00-computer science, computer engineering and management).
He was the head of the grant project AP09259047 "Formation of digital competence of teachers - the key to the development of human capital" for 2021-2023. Member of the research group of grant project No.AP14871966 "development of a methodological system for the formation of flexible skills of future information and communication technology specialists" for 2022-2024, grant project No.AR19679127 "development of a methodological system for the formation of skills of digital hygiene of adolescents and prevention of cyberbullying" for 2023-2025.
