1. applications are submitted by students of the 1st year on paper, and students of the 2nd year and older "portal.ayu.edu.kz" passes through the system. Evidence documents are attached to a paper application (1st year) or scanned and registered in the Univer system in PDF format (higher courses).
Students "portal.ayu.edu.kz" independently issues through the system, attaches supporting documents.
2. after the Special Commission considers applications and allocates a place for a student in a hostel according to the established sequence, students "portal.ayu.edu.kz" in the system, they print orders on their pages and settle in a hostel.
3.students who have not received a place in the hostel are allocated a place in the hostel when they are released from the queue during the academic year.

2.lists are submitted to the faculty Commission and formed by the dean's Office of each faculty. Then they are sent to the Office of social work.
3.in the Department of social work, the lists are re-checked, an order is prepared.
4.after approval and approval of the order by the responsible persons, financial assistance is provided to students.
