The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the foundation of our independence and the main pillar of the country’s sustainable development. It defines the legal system of the state and guides the harmonious development of all spheres of public life.

The effective implementation of political reforms initiated by the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, directly depends on every member of society, especially on the activity and level of education of young people.

In this regard, in order to widely promote and explain the draft of the new Constitution, explanatory work was carried out among students of the Faculties of Theology and Economics and Management. The main objective of the event was to enhance legal literacy among youth, provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of the Constitution, and foster their civic responsibility.

During the meeting, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Erzhan Megenbayev, delivered a speech to students on the topic “Modern Youth and Civic Responsibility,” explaining the relevance of the issue in detail.

During the event, students asked questions that concerned them and received comprehensive answers. As a result, the meeting, held in an informative and educational format, proved to be both useful and impactful for the participants.
