“Psychological Training: Exercises for Stress Management and Emotional Regulation.”
Dinara Zharkynbayeva, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Theology and psychologist, conducted an educational session for first- and third-year students of the “Religious Studies–Psychology” program on the topic “Psychological Training: Exercises for Stress Management and Emotional Regulation.”
During the session, students were introduced to effective techniques for self-regulation in stressful situations, managing emotions, and developing psychological resilience. The training was organized in an interactive format, incorporating various psychological exercises and practical tasks to actively engage participants.
A distinctive feature of the event was the active participation and strong interest shown by all students. Through game-based elements and group activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the topic and had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice.
Overall, the session was conducted at a high level and made a positive contribution to enhancing students’ psychological literacy, stress resilience, and personal development.
