An important memorandum in the field of law and legal studies has been signed.
A memorandum of mutual cooperation has been concluded between our university and the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Turkestan Region (hereinafter – the Department).
The document was signed by the Rector of the university, Zhanar Temirbekova, and the Acting Head of the Department, Ayan Akberdiev.
The purpose of the agreement is to ensure mutual cooperation between the Parties in the prevention of bullying, psychological pressure, deviant behavior, and suicide risks among minors through the development of the AI-Jan social digital platform at the regional level and its implementation in secondary schools and colleges in Turkestan city.
During the meeting, Rector Zhanar Temirbekova noted that our university is ready for open, systematic, and effective cooperation with any government institutions and organizations.
She also emphasized that the university has formed a strong and professional team capable of implementing new, high-quality, and socially significant projects.
The parties agreed to further organize joint activities within the framework of the project, exchange experience, and provide methodological and expert support.
Within the framework of the memorandum, systematic work will be carried out to implement digital solutions, strengthen preventive measures, and create a safe educational environment.
This partnership is an important step aimed at protecting children’s rights, preventing social risks, and establishing sustainable preventive mechanisms in the region.
It is worth noting that the AI-Jan project was developed within the YASAWI STARTUP program implemented by the university’s Commercialization Office and is already being put into practical use.
During the implementation of the project, the Commercialization Office provides full curatorial and methodological support, ensuring its sustainable development.
