As part of the “Law and Order” concept, our university held a roundtable discussion titled “The Role of Youth in Building a Rule-of-Law State.”
The event aimed to enhance legal culture, develop citizens’ legal literacy, and strengthen public engagement in legal matters, thereby contributing to the establishment of a lawful and just society.
At the meeting, Yerkebulan Madiyaruly, Chair of the Turkistan Regional Branch of the Youth Wing “Zhastar Rukhy,” shared his legal expertise with the students and emphasized several key points.
The discussion helped students gain a deeper understanding of the importance of legal norms and lawful behavior.

During the roundtable, participants discussed ways to improve the legal culture of young people, foster an active civic position in the process of building a rule-of-law state, and strengthen the contribution of youth to the development of legal relations in society.
